It is heat tolerant and needs moist soil. Dicentra should be planted in full sun but will tolerate morning shade. The Bleeding Heart Aurora, 'Dicentra ‘Aurora’, is a fast-growing perennial with creamy white, heart-shaped flowers. Being an old fashioned plant, it is a must in any landscape.
