Grass - Autumn Moor

The Grass, 'Autumn Moor', Sesleria autumnalis, is very upright. The blades are held erect and become silvery white in late summer to fall. The lime green foliage is ideal for edging. The attractive flowers grow up to 4" to 6" long, and emerge as purplish black upright spikes. A phenomenal grass to use as a large-scale groundcover, a filler in beds, or as an underplenting for shrubs and trees. Mullein - Snow Maiden This low maintenance perennial requires dry to medium soil and should be planted in full sun for best results. The Verbascum Snow Maiden, 'Verbascum hybridum', also known as Mullein, has masses of pure white flowers with yellow stamens. ‘Snow Maiden’ can be planted in rocky slopes to add color, as a border plant or in cottage gardens. The stalks arise off of fuzzy gray-green leaves, which add contrast to the flower color. Removing spent flowers to encourage additional bloom time.
