Grass - Purple Fountain
It makes a great speciment plant and can be used as a center piece in a container. The Grass 'Purple Fountain Grass', Pennisetum setaceum, is a fast growing, clump grass. Hollyhock - Chater's Red The Hollyhock family is made up of a rather large group that exhibits tall stature (4-6') and is biennial in nature. They are best planted in full sun in a well-drained area. Alcea is a wonderful plant near the back of the border, working great along walls or fences. Although they are short lived, they reseed themselves.
