Plant in any moist and well-drained spot. Blue Umbrellas performs best if planted in full shade but will tolerate some direct sun. The pale lavender flowers of this fast growing hosta appear in June, however, hosta’s are not known for their flowers. A great choice for any beginner gardener. Geum - Blazing Sunset ‘Blazing Sunset’ has a long blooming season, from May to September, and is easy to care for.
