Hosta - Bressingham Blue

Hosta provide bright color in the shade with handsome, broad, ribbed foliage in many colors. . . they don't need dividing. . The Hosta Bressingham Blue, 'Hosta', is one of the bluest-leaved hosta around with white flowers that bloom in July. More shade retains the blue longer into the season. Its foliage 16-20" tall. Plant 18-24" apart and they take about 1 year to establish themselves. Being very showy from early spring until late fall, it is excellent for shade or partial shade. Geranium - Southcombe Double This plant would look wonderful in a pot on a sun-drenched porch and is also deer resistant. They do best in sun, but will tolerate some degree of shade. There are only a few double-geraniums in cultivation and don't look like a Geranium at first glance. The Geranium Southcombe Double, 'Geranium oxonianum', displays fully double, pure pink blooms that sit atop bright green stems. They are perfect in the perennial border and work well as a ground cover too.
