Impatien - Infinity™ Orange Frost

The Infinity series has been bred to be grower friendly with well matched vigorous habits and finishing times. Fertilize twice a month in beds, every week in containers. Impateins are a low maintainence flower but do require frequent waterings. Shade plants are hard to find and New Guenea Impatiens fill that niche with vibrant beauty. For zone 11, this plant can also be a perennial. This Proven Winner plant comes from the renowned breeder Ludwig Kientzler. They feature what growers demand: Large flowers, dark green to purple foliage, and beautiful colors. The Impatiens Infinity™ Orange Frost, 'New Guinea Impatien', displays large soft tangerine blooms with deeper orange lip petals, while the remaining pedals are streaked with dark orange. Place in moist but not wet, well-drained soil. They are great for baskets or even gallon pots and landscapes. ... find out more

Coleus - Kingswood Torch The Coleus Kingswood Torch, 'Coleus hybrid', has flaming magenta foliage that is overlaid with orange and burgundy. These new, bigger, sun loving varieties have revolutionized contanier gardening. The brilliant colors explode in sunny locations. Coleus plants are durable and easy to grow. Coleus plants are so colorful that many people keep them and use them as a house plant. These plants will do best in temperatures above 55 degrees. Flower buds should be pinched off as soon as they develop. If a coleus plant is allowed to seed, it has completed its life cycle and will die. Coleus must have good soil drainage. Poorly drained soils and excessive watering will damage coleus. For zones 10-11, this plant can also be a perennial.
