The Glory Lily can be used in pots and containers. The Glory Lily, gloriousa Rothschildiana, a spring planted tuber, is a climbing lily. All parts of this plant are poisonous if ingested. These fast growing plants can climb up to 8 feet on a fence or trellis. They are excellent for cut flowers. The petals are also edged in yellow. The petals are crimson red with a yellow base. They can be planted indoors or outdoors. Common names for this plant are gloriousa lily, flame lily and glory lily.
