Mockorange - Golden
The leaves emerge brilliant golden in the spring, fading to a pleasing lime-green by summer. It thrives best with light shade and moderate water. It grows to around 6 ft. tall, with a spread of 4-5 feet. The compact form creates an excellent accent plant in any landscape. Golden Mockorange is relatively free from disease and thrives in dry conditions. This deciduous shrub's deliciously sweet white flowers delight the senses in late spring. Dogwood - Greytwig Red stem color is more easily seen after the fruits are gone, and red color often persists into early winter.
