Ninebark - Nugget
The Nugget Ninebark, Physocarpus opulifolius 'Nugget', is a dense compact shrub of low to medium size and texture. New growth is a deep golden yellow, turning lime green at maturity. Its foliage is a deep golden yellow with a hint of bronze on new growth. Mature branches are dark brown with shedding bark. Fall foliage color, lasting several weeks, is a deep bronze. Honeysuckle - Red Rum Adaptable to poor soils and is shade tolerant. It has an upright vase shape. Leaves acquire a yellow fall color. Excellent as winter wildlife food source, windbreaks and landscaping. It produces masses of white flowers that mature to yellow followed by profusion of 1/4" bright red fruit persisting into winter.
