Surfinia Petunias are a vigorously trailing species of an everblooming long-living petunia from South America. The densely branched foliage and masses of blooms can trail to 4 feet per season. The Surfinia Sky Blue Petunia has beautiful sky blue flowers. The Petunia Surfinia Sky Blue, 'Petunia hybrids', are brilliant in color and are very low maintenance. They will provide long-term color in full sun areas throughout the season. Surfinia Petunias are very heat and drought tolerant once established in the ground or pot. They do not need to have their dead flower heads removed to continue flowering and they are not leggy. Surfinia Petunias are the most vigorous cascading petunias available. For zones 9-11, this plant can also be a perennial. They are ideal for baskets, beds, balconies and combination plantings.
