Snowberry - White
It spreads by suckers underground. It is accented with blue-green foliage, and then produces large white berries in autumn. It prefers sun to medium shade, tolerates any soil, and is easy to transplant. It is good for holding soil on steep bank and prefers light sun and moist conditions. White Snowberry is a dense, twiggy shrub that grows 5-6 feet tall and 3-6 feet wide. White Snowberry, symphoricarpos albus, has dainty pink flowers that appear in July. It should be pruned before new growth begins. Hummingbirds love the flowers, and in the fall the white berries are an excellent food for birds. ... additional info
