Streptocarpella - Concord Blue African Violet
The Streptocarpella Concord Blue African Violet, 'Streptocarpella; a Proven Selections plant, is a shade loving member of the African Violet family. It branches freely and produces soft, velvety green leaves that are about two inches long. The lovely blue blooms hover over the felted leaves. For zones 9-11, this plant can also be a perennial. Concord Blues are absolutely great for baskets and pots. Streptocarpella is a small, tender basket plant from southern Africa that quickly grows to eight inches tall with a spread of 12 inches across.
